7 Days Return & Refund

Please check the quality of the items when they arrive and contact us immediately if you have any concerns. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product and wish to return it, You have 7 calendar days to return an
item from the date you received it.

If the item works well but you want to return it due to subjective reasons, you will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us.

If any product you order is damaged or faulty when delivered to you, you must inform us using photos or a video, then send to support@anjoubeauty.com, the price of the product shall be refunded to you in full, including the cost of delivery.

30 Days Guarantee

The 30 Days guarantee for any failures or defects that occur through normal use, replace with a new one, no refund.

12 Months Warranty

We offer a 12 months warranty, from the date of delivery. This Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship, no new replacement.

The warranty continues from the date of your original purchase. It won’t be renewed after a replacement has been provided.

When does the warranty begin?

It begins the day you place your order.
